1.Assist to prepare weekly national newsletter and bi-weekly Beijing newsletter;
2.Assist to prepare Chamber’s Wechat messages;
3.Research marketing and communications industry news;
4.Assist to manage ‘Chamber Family’ Weibo account;
5.Upload news and events to Chamber website;
6.Assist to shoot and edit videos for Chamber’s big events;
7.Assist to organise Marketing and Communications Forum events;
8.Other administrative tasks.
1.This position requires 3-4 days/week (accept remote working) for 6 month (preferred).
2.Fluent in both Chinese and English (working language is English);
3.Strong communication skills;
4.Tech-savvy and ready to learn;
5.Creative and think different;
7.Accuracy and attention to details;
8.Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Wechat, Weibo and Youtube);
9.Basic skills of Photoshop, video and audio editing software;
10.Basic knowledge of online content management system, for example Wordpress.
